By accessing the Elite Training Center website and facility, you agree to abide by these terms of service and all applicable laws.

2. Facility Rules

Members and trial participants must respect the equipment, staff, and other members. Proper athletic attire is required at all times.

3. Liability Waiver

Athletic training involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Full liability waivers must be signed in-person before engaging in physical activity.
